This eliminates any problems you might have in e-mailing large files and will make it easier for us to turn your job around quicker. The instructions and links to the software you need are on this page. After sending your files to our Server please take a moment to fill out the TUI Work Order Form and either e-mail or fax it to us. |  |
About File Transfer ProtocolFTP, or File Transfer Protocol, is a method of Internet file transfer. FTP allows you to move files to and from servers on the Internet. It is used to upload Web pages, download software and digital music, and share files between offices. With the advent of easy-to-use graphical FTP clients such as Transmit (Mac) and CuteFTP (PC), the protocol is as accessible and as much a part of the Internet as a Web browser. |

| Requirements 1. Computer 2. Internet connection (DSL or faster is recommended for large files) 3. Username and password (You may request a username and password by filling out our FTP Username and Password Request Form) 4. FTP Software File Formats See our General Info page for acceptable software formats. For any files not listed on that page, an Adobe Acrobat PDF file must be sent. Please refer to our PDF settings page for instructions and settings for PDF Print Job Submission. We prefer that all files be compressed using available Compression Software and Binhexed. After you have received the FTP/IP address, your username and password, you may use your FTP software to submit your jobs through our FTP server. After logging in to our FTP server with your username and password, select the appropriate folder. PUT: For files you are uploading to TUI. GET: For files you are downloading from TUI.
