Digital Asset Management TUI archives all digital file submittals on DLT. We can dearchive your files for the following fee. $35.00 minimum for the first 600 megabytes, 10¢ per megabyte thereafter. Above CD charges still apply. |

FTP / E-Mail By utilizing FTP or e-mail, files can be submitted over the internet allowing TUI to meet those critical deadlines. Collect your documents, fonts and graphics and "stuff" or "zip" the files into one archive file for faster transfer and no internet corruption. E-mail is a convenient way to send smaller files. FTP allows for larger files depending on your connection rate and time. TUI offers T-1 connection speeds for FTP and e-mail. Please fill out the TUI Work Order Form (available on this site as an interactive PDF) and either e-mail or fax to us so we may begin production of your order. Go to the FTP Request Form and fill it out to get your username and password. |

Pickup and Delivery $35.00 minimum. Pickup/Delivery Area: North: 101 Freeway, East: 101 Freeway, South: Chandler Blvd., West: 101 Freeway (Call for pickup/delivery charges outside these areas). Split Deliveries or Extra Pickups: $10.00 per occurrence. Delivery Driver Wait Charge: $1.00 per minute after 10 minutes. |

Preflighting All digital submittals include preflighting. A preflighting charge will be incurred with jobs that are resubmitted after the first preflight and on files that TUI has recommended client corrections. Minimum: $25.00. Microsoft products: Non-refundable $50.00 charge to preflight before any production begins. We recommend that you see our Guidelines page before submitting files. |
